A Finished Project

Binding off the last stitch. On the model.

Here are some pictures of my second finished knitting project. I started this one Sunday afternoon and just bound it off at 1PM EST Monday. Aenea wanted to have it for practice this afternoon. It is quite pink and fuzzy, the pom-poms in the yarn were a pain to work with at first, but I got the hang of it. More photos are here. I'll post pictures of the first fuzzy pink finished project when I am at home.

I am so proud, my student has blossomed into a knitting machine. That's a really cute scarf! Went way faster than the mat, didn't it?

It did with the big loopy yarn, big needles and a few days experince under my belt. I was taught well (thanks)

And...I have just taught my SIL the basics as well, so your legacy lives on in yet another knitter!

It looks like really neat yarn. Doubt my boys would like a scarf knit with it though. Maybe my sister . . .
