Here we are, on a Saturday morning 17 years ago, September 16th, 1989. Our wedding wasn't at sunrise, it was at 10am. Jeremy merged our wedding picture of us on the beach with a sunrise he snapped on our 15th anniversary when we stayed at a beach hotel and woke up to this lovely sunrise. I like how it merges our beginning and future together.We went to our favorite local restaurant last night and then saw Little Miss Sunshine, which happened to be the PERFECT movie for such an occasion as a 17th anniversary.
I also love this song which I have made my profile song on myspace.

What a great picture! It sounds like a wonderful anniversary evening. On our 15th anniversay (this year) we saw the first previews for LMS and can't wait to see it (tho' if we wait much longer, we'll have to wait until it's on DVD!). Our romantic anniversary movie was Al Gore's An Inconvient Truth. Yours was a much better choice, I'm sure!
Yeah, I can't believe that we were that young and got married and somehow we've stayed together. LMS was great, it will still play well if you don't get to see it on the big screen.
